“Assassin’s Creed Origins” E3 Trailer!

Hello there, guys. More E3 stuff coming your way, so let’s just get into it.

So thanks to E3 we have our first look at “Assassin’s Creed Origins”, the… 42nd(?) installment in the series. Jokes aside, I’m a huge “Assassin’s Creed” fan, so I’m happy to get more of these games. Long story short: Two factions (Assassins and Templars) have been fighting forever because there’s something called pieces of Eden, magic items which could help one rule the world. Templars want to be assholes and do that, and Assassins don’t want the world to be ruled. Then in the future they’re still going at it. Though this time they also have a machien called The Animus which can make a person relive his or her ancestor’s memories because convoluted DNA bullshit. Alright, enough of that. It seems like the series is bringing it back qutie a bit, at least storywise. This time it’s set in ancient Egypt, and it seems like that’s where the Assassins truly began. So now we follow some ancient Assassin dude as he fights to… save the world or something. The gameplay looks like an updated version of the fighting style we’ve gotten used to over the years and I’m okay with that. It also seems like they’re adding more of an RPG element to it. And also in the cinematic part of this trailer there is a giant fucking snake for some reason… because ancient Egypt apparently had that (probably not). Snakes aside, I am excited for this. Like I said, I’m a huge “Assassin’s Creed” fan and this game overall looks like it could be fun. “Assassin’s Creed Origins” is set to be released on October 27th 2017. Basically October is the month of my wallet absolutely hating me.

What are your thoughts? Are you excited for “Assassin’s Creed Origins”? And what’s your favorite game in the series (if you’ve played them)? Leave any and all thoughts in the comments!
Have a good one and enjoy the trailer!
